Our goal: zero incidents
To achieve our goal of Zero Incidents everyone must do their part to create a safe worksite. Extreme employees look out for each other and are committed to the organization’s goal of zero incidents. Our health and safety programs are aimed at ensuring workers are protected, risks are minimized, and a healthy and safe workplace is maintained.
- Health, Safety and Environment Manuals – a system of policies, procedures, guidelines and practices for performing a detailed safety audit annually.
- Safety Observation on the Worksite – through constructive feedback, employees are trained to eliminate hazards and dangerous conditions on the worksite.
